MutMem protocol

Mutable cognition with cryptographic traceability.

AIMOS allows cognitive weight to change as evidence changes while preserving the canonical memory and recording the transition. The paper examines the resulting chain of authorization, provenance, prior state, new state, and mutation evidence.
