Local-first memory, provider choice, export, and cloud only when you choose it.
HOM Local stores your memory on your machine by default.
The local edition does not require a hosted HOM account.
Model providers are user-chosen. If you connect one, that provider handles the requests you send to it under its own terms.
HOM does not use your memories to train models.
You can export your local memory and keep the brain you built.
You can delete local data from your machine when you choose.
HOM Cloud is coming soon and will be optional for hosted access or shared workspaces.
We do not sell your memories or use them for advertising.
If you run HOM Local, the core privacy model is simple: the personal brain starts on your machine. Future Cloud features and third-party model connections are choices you make, not requirements for local memory.
